New Forest Historic Country Houses

The New Forest contains many impressive historic houses. Step back in time and discover what went on centuries ago… Breamore House is located just a couple of miles north of Fordingbridge and is a lovely example of a red brick Elizabethan Manor House. The house was completed in 1583, supervised by William Dodington who had bought the manor a few years earlier and today, remains in the Hulse family. Swanage Carnival 2018

Swanage hosts one of Dorset’s biggest carnivals in July and August with the Swanage Regatta and Carnival week which this year runs from Saturday 28th July to Saturday 4th August. Worthy of a trip over on the ferry or around through Wareham, the week long event is jam packed full of great entertainment for all ages.
